Low carb and Gluten free Seed & Nut ‘bread’

Super easy to make and really tasty, basically You need 1 part each of the seeds and nuts, and double the amount of seeds compared to nuts. Add salt to taste and eggs until the mixture forms a thick batter.
Here’s a suggestion, feel free to exchange ingredients and add Your own touch!

1-1.5dl Sesame seeds
1-1.5dl Flaxseeds
1-1.5dl Sunflower seeds
1-1.5dl Pumpkin seeds
1-1.5dl Hazelnuts
1-1.5dl Walnuts
0.5-1 tsp Pink Himalayan Salt (or Sea salt)
3-4 eggs

Preheat the oven to 150-160C (300-320F)

Mix the dry ingredients and add the eggs, starting with just 3 and adding the forth if necessary.
Bake for 45min up to an hour, checking with a toothpick regularly after the 45min mark to see when the ‘bread’ is dry inside!
