You need (by volume):
- 1 dl flaxseeds
- 1 dl sesame seeds
- 1 dl sunflower seeds
- 1 dl pumpkin seeds
- 2 tbsp chia seeds
- 2 tbsp
physsilium husk powder - 1/2 tsp pink Himalayan salt
- 5 dl boiling water
Start with mixing all the dry ingredients, then add the hot water and stir until thoroughly mixed. The mixture is very fluid to start with yet thickens within a few minutes, you need to give it up to five minutes for the chia seeds to expand.
Now spread the mixture thin and even onto a baking sheet covered tray and bake on low temperature i the oven until completely set and dry.
If you want fancy, well mannered crackers you can take the tray out after 30-40 minutes and precut the crackers using at spatula, I normally just let the process come to an end and break the whole thing into cracker sized pieces.
